  • Confirmation of Court Staff required;
    Newly admitted attorneys must be PCBA members and have practiced for 3 years or less
  • If seating is available and registration is done after September 20, 2018
  • If seating is available for late registrations or walk-ins of non PEP Law Section Members. Must be a PCBA Member
  • Must be a PCBA Member; can join the PEP Law Section at the event for section dues of $30
  • Must be a PCBA Associate Member
  • Must be a PEP Law Section Member

Amy Ochi will present on Medi-Cal Trusts and Recovery.  Amy has been an attorney since 1993, and is a member of both the California and Arizona bar associations; she maintains her office in Roseville. She is a member of the Trusts and Estates section of the California Bar and the South Placer Estate Planning Council. Her law firm, Ochi Law P.C. is a member of Wealth Counsel, LLC.  Amy is an accredited Attorney by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. This presentation is appropriate for attorneys, fiduciaries, and other professionals who would like to know more about this area of law. Lunch will be at Sienna Restaurant, corner of Eureka Road and Rocky Ridge.


Registration for lunch begins at 11:45 a.m.  Presentation begins at 12:00 p.m.


RSVP Deadline is Thursday, by noon, September 20, 2018 with either online registration and online payment, or check must be received no later than September 20, 2018.  After that date, if seating is available, walk-ins and late registrations price increases by $10.00.


Pricing: PEP Law Section members (and their employees): $35.  (Non-section members may join at the event; section fees are $30); Non PEP Law Section members: $55; Court staff and newly admitted attorneys (0-3 years): $27; PCBA student members: $20
