The Probate and Estate Planning section MCLE lunch will be held March 9. The March Lunch will feature PEP Section Chair, Preston Marx speaking on Post-Mortem Modifications of Irrevocable Trusts: Changing or Cancelling B Trusts, and the Effect of New Decanting Laws. Mr. Marx, of the Burton Law Firm, has over 25 years experience and is a Board Certified Specialist in Trusts, Wills and Estate Law.

This lunch will be held at McCormick & Schmick's located at the Fountains in Roseville (Roseville Parkway and Galleria Blvd.,) on March 9. Registration begins at 11:40 by checking in and grabbing your entree card. Don't worry if you forget what you ordered, we will have that information on hand. Presentation begins at Noon.

Space is limited, so reserve your seat. Cost is $40 pre-pay for PCBA PEP Section Members by going online. Non-PCBA Pep section members and non PCBA members cost is $45. Registrations made from March 6 and March 9is $55, so register no later than March 5! Please make your lunch selection at the time of registration. If you plan on attending PEP MCLE lunches for the remainder of the year and want to save money, become a PEP section member for $30.
