The Placer Women Lawyers’ section is offering an MCLE "lunch" program on July 1, 2020, in the form of a Webex Video Conference.  This month's topic is Returning to Work During Covid-19: Legal and Practical Guidance for Employers.  This program will be presented by Melissa Whitehead of Freeman Mathis & Gary.  Ms. Whitehead is a partner at FMG and her practice focuses on labor and employment. This webinar will cover topics ranging from handling emergency leave requests, responding to employees reluctant to return to work, and putting in place policies to provide a healthy work environment in light of Covid-19 concerns. Attendees will learn not only legal requirements for compliance with federal, state and local orders, but also will hear practical guidance on current best practices.

This lunch will be held via WebEx Video Conference. Registered attendees will be provided with a link to WebEx registration once you have registered for this event and paid your fee.  Thank you for your patience as we navigate this new method of providing MCLE during this challenging time.

This video conference will provide one hour MCLE ethics credit.
