Please join us on August 27, 2020 from 12:00 p.m. -1:00 p.m. for a presentation regarding the new and improved services available by the Placer County Self-Help Center and recent changes to the Family Court Services Tiered Mediation Model. Panelists will include Jessica Hopper, Family Law Facilitator for the Placer County Superior Court and Jorge Akagi, Family Court Services Director for the Placer County Superior Court.

Topics will include:

Updates regarding settlement services offerings to double pro-per, single pro-per, and limited scope matters;
Assistance available to self-represented litigants;
Updates and training on the newly revised Judicial Counsel Domestic Violence forms;
Changes to the Placer County Local Rules effective July 1, 2020, including the Tiered Mediation Model.

This lunch will be held via Bluejeans Video Conference. Registered attendees will be provided with a link to Bluejeans conference link once you have registered for this event and paid your fee. This video conference will provide one hour MCLE credit.
