David Karabinus has been a practicing attorney in Sacramento, Yolo, EI Dorado and Placer Counties for 41 years. He initially helped create the panel of attorneys dealing with Contempt's in Sacramento County and conducted previous seminars on the issue of contempt. This seminar focuses on the basic fundamentals of contempt proceedings for attorneys having little or no experience with contempt's. The presentation is limited to one hour so we will deal with one hypothetical.
