If you are, or wish to become, a pro tem judge in the areas of small claims, settlement conferences, family law and other areas at the discretion of the court, this training is required.  You must renew your Certificate once every three years.  For more information on this program please see this page, or go to http://www.placer.courts.ca.gov/general-attorney.shtml for more information and the application.

The Bench Conduct and Demeanor Training will be held at the Gibson Courthouse, Dept. 33, beginning at 2:00pm on September 29.  This training session will give you the requisite 3 hours required every 3 years in order to keep current.  Presenters for this session will be the Hon. Eugene Gini, Hon. Suzanne Gazzaniga, Commissioners John Paulsen and Glenn Holley.
