An advocate for elder law needs, Randy Rosa’s frequent media appearances and speaking engagements focusing on the areas of Medi-Cal, estate planning, probate, and conservatorships make him a standout in the community in educating his peers. Randy graduated from Oregon State University then continued to Georgetown University in Washington D.C. where he obtained his J.D. in 1982. Randy has focused on the area of Elder Care with offices in Lodi, Sacramento, Modesto, Manteca, Stockton, and Tracy. Randy is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorney, The California Advocates for Nursing Home Reform and The California State Bar Committee on Trusts, Estate Planning, and Probate.
We are excited to be welcoming Randy Rosa with his many years of educating to address the new and current rules for Medi-Cal Eligibility and Long Term Custodial Care. Join us for a workshop where Randy Rosa will address recent case law, eligibility requirements, pre-planning for Medi-Cal eligibility, and give inciteful direction in the long term custodial care environment.
This lunch will be held via Zoom Video Conference. Registered attendees will be provided with a link to Zoom registration once you have registered for this event and paid your fee online. You must register on Zoom in order to receive the encrypted link for joining this secured web conference. The link for registering will be found on your PCBA registration email. Please be sure to register on Zoom no later than the day before the event in order to receive written material.
This video conference will provide one hour MCLE credit or one hour specialty credit.
Cost is $25 for PCBA Probate Section members and $35 for PCBA non-section members or non PCBA members. Space is limited so be sure to sign-up early.
