The Nuts and Bolts of Appearing Remotely for Trial

Presented by:  Comm. John Paulsen, Court Analyst Emma Dunn, Attorneys Wazhma Mojaddidi and Jason Sherlock, and Dr. Eugene Roeder. 

The presenters will be discussing the nuts and bolts of local video appearances including answering questions regarding the local rules and rules of court.  They will be addressing the best practices for attorneys/parties when appearing by video remotely. 

This is an in-person event as there is the need to access the system components for the presentation.
