Our speakers for Part 3 will include Donna DeCuir, Esq. and Eugene Roeder, Ph.D.

Ms. DeCuir is a certified family law specialist.  Ms DeCuir has extensive experience in severely conflicted divorce matters which involve psychiatric disorders, including borderline personality disorders as well as substance, spousal and child abuse in family law matters.   She also sits as a Family Law Pro Tem Judge.

Dr. Roeder s a psychologist with 40 years of experience in conducting evaluations for the courts.  He has presented at bar and bench functions throughout California and his opinions have been cited in numerous appellate court decisions.
