FAMILY LAW - STATE OF THE COURT MID-YEAR UPDATE

Speakers: Jake Chatter, CEO, Placer County Superior Court

Mr. Chatters will provide an update on court operations (as it relates to family law matters), the court’s family law mediation procedures, upcoming projects that may impact family law practitioners, and an overview of the court budget. A question and answer period will be included. Questions can be submitted in advance to Nancy Seley and will be addressed first followed by an open discussion as time allows.

Please submit your questions no later than COB on June 1 so Jake has sufficient time to review and address your questions.

This lunch will be held via Zoom Video Conference. Registered attendees will be provided with a link to Zoom registration once you have registered for this event and paid your fee online.  You must register on Zoom in order to receive the encrypted link for joining this secured web conference.  The link for registering will be found on your PCBA registration email.  Please be sure to register on Zoom no later than November 29 in order to receive written material.

This video conference will provide one hour MCLE credit or one hour specialty credit.

Cost is $25 for PCBA PEP section members and $35 for PCBA non-section members or non PCBA members. Space is limited so be sure to sign-up early.
