2-PERSON SETTLEMENT CONFERENCEE TRAINING

Time:  2:00 p.m - 4:00 p.m.

Interested in training for a new settlement program for two-attorney cases?  For those who want to participate in facilitating settlements you should attend this training.

If you are interested in expanding your practice into mediation or have an interest in a Commissioner or Judge position one day, this might be a good opportunity for you to get some practice in assisting two-attorney cases while lending your time volunteering.

These settlements meetings will be similar to the ones conducted by Jessica Hopper at the facilitator’s office where one or more of the parties is pro per. More specific information and sign-ups will be sent out once a courtroom has been assigned.  

Space is limited.  Please register your seat online.  You must register no later than June 24 at which time registration will close, or will close when maximum number of registrants has been reached.  If you register and thereafter determine you cannot make the training, please email Nancy at placerbar.org@gmail.com to cancel so someone on the waitlist can take your seat.
