This program will discuss how professionals can help their clients with a better understanding of elder care navigation and the impact of the 2024 Medi-Cal asset limit removal.

Ms. Chubb established her firm in 1999 and emphasizes estate planning with "clarity and accessibility."  She believes in the importance of human connection over complex paperwork, and being straightforward with clients.  Ms. Chub focuses on asset protection and enabling clients' present decision-making for a secure future.  Following a B.A. degree in chemical engineering, she graduated from McGeorge School of Law in 1995.

• Asian Chicken Salad: crispy chicken, orange glaze, romaine, celery, mandarin oranges, cashews and a ginger soy vinaigrette;
• Salmon Power Bowl: Sous vide salmon, quinoa, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, garbanzo beans, feta, avocado, pita croutons, pepitas, creamy dill dressing
• Grilled Mahi Mahi fish tacos: Lemon aioli, slaw, salsa, pineapple chutney, coconut lime vinaigrette
• Sierra View Burger with bacon, cheddar, lettuce, tomato, onion, SV sauce on a brioche bun
• Grilled Chicken Sandwich: provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion on a brioche bun

Cost is $35 for all PCBA Probate and Estate Planning Section members, $40 for all other registrants whether you are a PCBA member or not.
